People who work from home have the same characteristics when they succeed. Why do this happen? They adapt into other people successful mind set. This cause those to do what other successful people have done. By doing this, the characteristics would most likely change into another person.

The characteristic that would be adapted is words of success, strength to override obstacles, and able to call your own shots. When those characteristic are adapted, you are already ahead of the game and have become a successful leader.

If you just came into business working at home, you are not a leader yet. You characteristics have not adapted to the people who are successful yet. Why? You were working for someone and they were the one who were ordering you around. When you get into the business, you are on your own most of the time. There is no one who can order you around like you job. You have to be figuring out what to do next and the other entire decision making.

When you have successfully done doing that, you will have some other challenges. Other challenge might be obstacles that will be in your way. Those are learning curves, when those learning curves are successfully conquered. You will be on your way to being a successful leader. Not all leaders are born like that. They are made into a leader.
