4. Now enhance what your customers need base on your brainstorm.
5. Identify who is your competitors
6. Now come up with five different ideas of selling each of your products.
7. Now determine what way is the best to get your customers to buy from you.

Do not limit yourself down below the list because you have competition. See what advantages you have to compete with them.

Low prices, location, friendly employees, fair return policy, and good working hours will bring you to the top of the competitions.

Know where are you heading ever day and what are your competitors are trying to do. Practice what they are going to do to you and you will be prepared for whatever they throw at you.

To survive in a small business, you have to surround yourself with successful people at all times.
